By using Momentum, you agree to these Terms of Use, a legal agreement between you and MEM Companies LLC (“we” or “us”).
2. Use of the App
You must be 13 years or older
Coaches and athletes agree to follow these Terms and all applicable laws
You may not use the app for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose
3. Account Roles & Content
Coaches can create, manage, and remove athlete accounts
Athletes submit “proof” (photos) that only their coach can view
Coaches can pause or remove content or athletes as needed
4. Reporting & Abuse
If you notice abusive or concerning behavior, please report it via the appWe reserve the right to remove content or terminate accounts for behavior that violates these Terms
5. No Moderation by Us
We do not moderate content continuously. Coaches are responsible for reviewing and managing content within their teams.
6. Privacy & Data
Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle data. By using the app, you consent to that policy.
7. Intellectual Property
Momentum and the app interface are owned by MEM Companies LLCYou may not copy, distribute, or reverse-engineer the app
8. Disclaimers & Limitations
The app is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uptime, fitness results, or user behaviorWe are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages up to the legal limit
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Arizona without regard to conflicts of law.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. We’ll post the new version with a new effective date. Continued use means you've accepted the changes.
